Director of Training Programs

| The Director of Training Programs responsibilities will include the production of player training programs that have led to the Club slogon of "Excellence in Training". For years the Club has produced Advanced Summer Skills to prepare players for high school tryouts, Summer Skills to hone the individual skills that players take to their teams, goalie training, strength and conditioning,etc. Under Dan's guidance we will continue to produce these programs for both players within Northern Elite and players in the local soccer community. We will also look to add a Developmental Program for young kickers. Dan Lader qualifications -
