With the 2009 Fall season coming to a close, I would like congratulate the girls for the hard work they put in the last 4 1/2 months. The were trained by a variety of professional trainers this year from TetraBrazil, Crystal Palace, and local college and high school coaches. We all had fun this year and look forward to the upcoming seasons of soccer.
The Extreme will continue with strength and conditioning training and indoor soccer at NHMS through March 2010. We will also be participating in the Ocean City,MD St. Patricks Day Tournament on March 19-21, 2010. A Spring team may be put together for CMSA or players will be encouraged to play on a CHISSL team. We will then get together for OC Beach Soccer event in June 2010.
